  • This service is currently available for vehicles up to 9-seaters only.
    If your group has more than 9 people, please contact us via social media or email.

► After placing your order, our staff will contact you via the social media account linked in your reservation to collect the following information:

  • Full name in both Chinese and English for airport pickup signage

  • Hotel information (hotel name / address / phone number)

  • Child seat requirements (if needed, please specify the quantity)

  • Please make sure to select the correct pickup/drop-off zone package during booking.
    Otherwise, you may be asked to pay the fare difference later.

♦ Please accurately fill in the number of passengers and size of luggage.
If overcapacity is discovered on the day of service, the driver has the right to refuse service due to safety concerns.

Faq

How many passengers can one vehicle accommodate?

  • 4-seater vehicle: Up to 5 people (including the driver)

  • 6-seater vehicle: Up to 7 people (including the driver)

  • 9-seater vehicle: Up to 10 people (including the driver)

Note: According to Japanese transport regulations, three children under 12 years old are counted as two persons.
Example: If your group includes 7 adults and 3 children aged 4, 6, and 12, these 3 children will be counted as 2 people. This group can be accommodated in a 9-seater vehicle.


Can we eat or drink inside the vehicle?

As a general rule, only water is allowed in the vehicle.
If you must eat or drink, please ask for the driver’s permission first.


Do we need to pay for fuel?

No worries! Fuel costs are already included in the total fee.


How is the empty vehicle fee charged for remote areas?

  • For areas from Onna Village to Nago as the starting or ending point: ¥1,000 per one-way trip

  • For areas from north of Nago: ¥2,000 per one-way trip

(This covers the driver’s expressway tolls for pickup.)


How can I communicate with a Japanese-speaking driver?

Most drivers are equipped with translation devices, so basic communication shouldn’t be an issue.
If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our charter service specialist directly.


Are child car seats required?

According to Japanese traffic law, child car seats are not mandatory for chartered vehicles, taxis, or buses.


Do you have photos of the vehicles?

We provide illustrative images of our vehicles for reference.
The actual vehicle assigned may vary depending on the operating transport company.


How much luggage can each vehicle hold?

Luggage capacity is based on standard 28-inch suitcases:

  • 4-seater: 2 suitcases

  • 6-seater: 4 suitcases

  • 9-seater: 8 suitcases

If you reduce 1 passenger, you can bring 1 extra suitcase.

Please accurately report your luggage count when booking.
If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, you will be responsible for arranging extra luggage transportation.

► Important Notes

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

Please keep the vehicle clean. If there are any issues such as spilled drinks or vomiting, a cleaning fee of 2,000 to 10,000 JPY may be charged.

The vehicle will be driven by a licensed Japanese driver. If you encounter any communication difficulties, please contact our office during business hours — our Chinese-speaking staff will assist with translation.

Charter time starts from the reserved pick-up time. If the customer does not show up on time, the time will still be counted.

In principle, the itinerary will be one-way without backtracking. If any changes to the itinerary or stop duration result in overtime, additional fees will apply and must be paid directly to the driver on the day.

- Overtime charges -

4-seater: 2,000 JPY / per 0.5 hr

5-6 seater: 2,500 JPY / per 0.5 hr

9-seater: 3,000 JPY / per 0.5 hr

For services outside 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, an additional overtime fee of 2,000 JPY per hour will apply.

If the customer chooses to end the trip early on the day of service, the fee will still be charged based on the original booking duration, and no refund will be provided.

► Cancellation Policy

If the customer delays departure or ends the trip early for any reason, the fee will still be calculated based on the original booking duration, and no refund will be given.

Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 72 hours before the activity date will incur cancellation charges as per the following schedule:

No-show without prior notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Any bank or transaction fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.

Available vehicle types: 4-seater, 6-seater, 9-seater. Please select the vehicle type based on number of passengers and luggage.

Please strictly adhere to the reserved time. In case of overtime, Japanese drivers will collect the overtime fee on-site.
