I arrived at Naha Airport on May 31st, and the pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. The next day, due to the typhoon, I was stuck in my hotel and couldn't leave, but the customer service representative cancelled my chartered car for free. Today, June 2nd, I'm out and about with clear skies and everything going smoothly! Next time I come to Okinawa, I will definitely use Xingjiao Chartered Car again! Thank you for taking care of me and my family throughout the trip, Xingjiao is awesome! 👍

The airport shuttle service in Okinawa is so convenient! After clearing customs, there's no need to wait in line; just follow the driver holding the sign and get in the car! The return trip was the same; the driver took us directly to the Peach Aviation check-in counter and even helped put our luggage on a trolley for easy check-in. I'll definitely choose Okinawa again next time! Having Chinese-speaking staff means we don't waste time communicating due to language barriers! Thumbs up!

Because our flight times were late and early, and traveling with a young child wasn't very convenient, we used Xingjiao's airport pick-up service on the first day. That's when we discovered this car rental service. Just like everyone else said, the driver was friendly and helpful, could translate in Chinese, and the service was top-notch. They provided child seats, the vehicle was clean and odor-free, and the online ordering process was simple and clear. They even helped us book the airport drop-off service on the last day. Truly amazing! 👍

There were about 30 people waiting for taxis outside Naha Airport, but luckily we had pre-booked a pick-up service with Xingjiao, so we got in the car right away! The driver even doubled as a guide, introducing us to recommended attractions for the season. Our guesthouse was in American Village, and the journey from customs to American Village took about an hour – very convenient!

Upon arriving at Naha Airport, I made a last-minute call to Xingjiao (a car rental company), and to my surprise, they were able to find me a private car 🚗. I'm incredibly grateful. The customer service was also very attentive. Next time I'm in Okinawa and need a private car, I'll definitely book in advance to avoid being rushed 😊

Super Quick, and Understood the situation Stayed at a nearby Hotel, and had requested for a Taxi pickup, Which they had failed to do, Called this Taxi Company, and they had a taxi sent over within minutes of the phone call, will use again.

I chose to hire a car through Xingjiao based on a friend's recommendation, and the price was reasonable compared to other platforms. First of all, when they picked us up at Naha Airport, I recognized their driver as soon as I came out of customs; they were holding up a sign that read "Mr./Ms. XX" to welcome us. The trip went smoothly, and the driver even lent us umbrellas for free when it rained. So convenient! We only had one folding umbrella each. Overall, a five-star experience—excellent!
