Do I need to help the driver pay for meals and tips?
There is no need to pay for the driver's meals; Gratuities are not included in the cost. Tipping is generally not required in Japan, but it is up to you to decide whether to tip the driver or not.
How many people can seat in one car?
4-seater model: 5 people (including one driver).
6-seater model: 7 people (including one driver).
9-seater model: 10 people (including one driver).
Can I eat and drink in the car?
In general, you cannot eat or drink except for drinking water. If you must eat or drink, please ask the driver for permission first.
Do I have to bear the fuel costs?
Fuel is included in the price, so don't worry.
What is an empty fare?
If you live in an area north of Onna Village, you will receive a subsidy for the highway fee for drivers going north or south with empty cars.
How is the empty fare charged in remote areas?
If the departure or end point is Onna Village, a one-way empty fare of 1,000 yen will be charged, and if the departure or end point is in the area north of Nago, a one-way empty fare of 2,000 yen will be charged.

How do I communicate/contact the Japanese driver?
Most drivers are equipped with translators, so there is no problem with simple communication. If you have any communication questions, please contact our chartered car specialists directly.
Do children have to ride in a car seat?
According to Japanese traffic laws, children on buses, taxis, and chartered services are not required to ride in a car seat.
Do you have any photos of the vehicle?
Here is a schematic diagram of the vehicle. The vehicle on the day is still subject to the car company's allocation, please be informed.
How many luggage can I put in a car?
When the luggage loaded in the vehicle is calculated according to the 28-inch luggage in the figure below, the number of 4-seater luggage can be loaded is 2 pieces. The number of 6-seater seats is 4 pieces. The number of 9-seater seats that can be loaded is 9 pieces. One person can add 1 extra piece of luggage if the number of people decreases.
Please fill in the number of luggage pieces truthfully, it is convenient to allocate the car, if the vehicle cannot load the luggage, I hope to handle the luggage transportation by yourself, thank you for your cooperation!
►Cancellation Policy
‧ For any reason, if the customer delays the departure time or ends the trip early on the itinerary date, the fee will still be calculated according to the original scheduled time and will not be refunded.
‧ Cancellation on the day or cancellation within 7 days before the event date will be charged according to the following cancellation standards.
‧ If you cancel without contact, the full fee of the event will be charged as a cancellation fee. In addition, after cancellation, the refund fee will be borne by the customer.
‧ Vehicles are available in 4-seater, 6-seater, and 9-seater vehicles. When purchasing, please refer to the vehicle you purchased based on the number of people and the number of pieces of luggage.
‧ Please follow the driving hours. If overtime occurs, the driver will charge an overtime fee on site.

・The chartered car itinerary starts from the departure time of the customer's reservation for the chartered car, and if the guest does not show up within the agreed time, it will also be counted as the car usage time.
・In principle, the itinerary does not go back, and if the time is exceeded due to changing the stay time or itinerary, the cost will be borne by the customer, please pay to the driver on the day.

All licensed commercial drivers are required to be officially registered Japanese drivers with more than 25 years of driving experience.

This trip to Okinawa was a self-guided tour. I planned my daytime itinerary and then went to Naha for dinner and drinks in the evening. I was initially worried about nighttime transportation, but after adding Xingjiao Okinawa's overnight car service, I realized it was the right choice. The driver picked us up from the hotel on time, the car was very clean, and the whole process was very reassuring. After dinner at an izakaya (Japanese pub), we didn't have to rush to the bar, and they dropped us off directly back at the hotel. There were no worries about drinking and driving. The Chinese-speaking customer service was very responsive, and they helped resolve any issues promptly, which was a huge plus for Taiwanese tourists visiting Okinawa for the first time. Next time I'm in Okinawa, if I have evening plans, I'll definitely use Xingjiao's car service again.
