For this trip to Okinawa for 19 people, I highly recommend hiring a local car rental company! I booked through their official LINE account two months in advance, and the Chinese customer service made communication seamless. We finalized the itinerary before departure, and they responded promptly to any questions. We booked a 21-seater minibus with a Japanese driver (a Chinese-speaking driver is also available for an extra fee). It could fit about 15 28-inch suitcases. Upon arrival in Okinawa, the driver was there to greet us with a sign. Each day, they arrived at our hotel at the scheduled time and started our itinerary immediately. On the second day, they even secretly arranged for a Chinese-speaking driver and a separate car to take our luggage directly to our next hotel (so thoughtful!). Along the way, the driver acted as our guide, enthusiastically introducing the sights – we loved it! 🤩 A one-day car rental also included a free restaurant reservation, and they even managed to book the notoriously hard-to-get 'Ryukyu Beef' for us! Overall, the car rental experience was fantastic! 👍🏻 The drivers were all very nice, drove smoothly, and had translation devices, so communication wasn't a problem. If anything happened, we could always message customer service!

We specifically rented a tour bus for our staff's trip before departure, worried that the itinerary and schedule might not match. Upon arrival at the cruise ship, due to a change in the system, disembarkation was done in numbered order, so our number was quite far back. The Chinese-speaking staff at our shopping center were very patient, waiting for us for a long time and thoughtfully helping us arrange the time and attractions, worried we might miss something. Thank you for the arrangements that day; at least we didn't have to wait aimlessly for a taxi at the pier.

Over 40 employees participated in this company trip, which was arranged by Xingjiao Okinawa Travel, who handled the itinerary, attraction tickets, and restaurant reservations. Overall, the trip was very satisfactory. During the trip, one of our colleagues accidentally forgot their phone in Japan, and our tour guide in Zhongshan immediately helped contact the company and mail it back to Taiwan – a very thoughtful service. Although we booked our own plane tickets, one colleague encountered a ticketing problem. The tour guide patiently assisted with communication at the airport and even accompanied us while we waited for our seats to be filled, ultimately ensuring everyone could return to Taiwan smoothly. In addition, they thoughtfully booked tickets for us at the popular shrimp rice restaurant, saving us the trouble of queuing on-site.

I give him 100 points! The two-day chartered car was wonderful. The driver was very friendly, providing me with drinks and snacks. He also took me to nearby attractions, including a windbreak forest and fish watching/feeding. One day it rained heavily and was very windy, and he even provided an umbrella for me. He reminded me that a typhoon was approaching and the beach trip might not be suitable, asking if I had any other places I'd like to visit. He was very thoughtful, and I was very satisfied. Although I don't speak Japanese, the driver speaks some English and can use his phone to translate Chinese, making a great effort to communicate with me. He also helped take photos. I can also communicate with their staff via WhatsApp. When I couldn't remember where I parked, I would take a picture of my location and contact them, and they always replied quickly – I felt very reassured. ❤️ I had a wonderful trip to Okinawa! 😉👍🏻

Yesterday marked the successful conclusion of our five-day, four-night group tour to Okinawa. We entrusted the entire trip to "Xingjiao" (行脚) for itinerary planning and restaurant reservations. Communication via LINE from the very beginning was incredibly smooth, with prompt responses and meticulous arrangements that made us feel very secure. Although our flight was delayed on the first day, causing our original itinerary to fall short, we were fortunate to have our Chinese-speaking tour guide, Sister Wei. She remained calm and composed under pressure, patiently coordinating follow-up arrangements and gently reassuring everyone, ensuring a smooth continuation of the trip. Overall, it was a very warm and welcoming experience. During these five days, we not only enjoyed Okinawa's natural scenery and savored authentic local cuisine, but more importantly, we created many joyful and touching memories. We are very grateful for the professional service of "Xingjiao" and Sister Wei's attentive companionship, which added many wonderful moments to this trip.

For both group and independent travelers visiting Okinawa, I highly recommend consulting with a travel planning service. Their recommended hotels are very conveniently located. This time, the customer service representative recommended the Okinawa Yuzuri Onsen Resort Hotel. It's about a 3-minute walk from the monorail station. The second floor offers a variety of drinks and alcohol, all free! We booked a 5-day, 4-night trip, taking the monorail to and from Naha Airport for the first and last days, and hiring a car for the other 3 days – surprisingly affordable!

Since two of our elders were vegetarians, they were especially kind in helping us arrange this with the restaurants. 👍🏻 The driver who picked us up and dropped us off was very friendly. Our group consisted of 14 adults and 2 children. We entrusted Xingjiao Okinawa to arrange our group tour to Okinawa. Locals in Okinawa are definitely experienced! Our budget was approximately NT$15,000 per person, and Xingjiao helped us book a 4-day, 3-night stay at Hotel Lantana on Kokusai Street (the location was fantastic!), along with a private 21-seater minibus with a Chinese-speaking guide. They covered all our entrance fees and even booked a popular restaurant for us – truly amazing! Honestly, before the trip, arranging everything for so many family members by myself was incredibly stressful (crying!), but thankfully their customer service team helped with the arrangements and coordination, making things much easier and ensuring a perfect end to our Okinawa trip this year!

Finding a travel agency like Xingjiao for our group tour was amazing! They booked two nights at a beachfront hotel and two nights at a city hotel for our group of 33, along with a 45-seat tour bus, a Chinese-speaking guide, entrance fees, and restaurant reservations – it was truly all-inclusive! (laughs) We only had to pay for our own airfare; everything else was handled by Xingjiao. Their itinerary planning was meticulous, and their Chinese-speaking support was incredibly responsive. We're so grateful! We'll definitely be back this summer!!!
