Choosing a non-Chinese-speaking driver is helpful, as translation software can solve the language barrier. The driver proactively helped inquire about and assist with purchasing tickets. Any desired stops along the planned route can be discussed. Toll fees and parking fees are the responsibility of the traveler and will be settled at the end of the trip. The drivers were different for the two days, but both provided excellent service. I would definitely choose this car rental service again for my next trip to Okinawa.

However, due to the typhoon, our flight was canceled, but the agent was very kind and refunded our entire deposit, minimizing our financial losses for the trip. This was the second time I'd booked a private car service in Okinawa through Xingjiao (a travel agency), but my husband suddenly developed an eye condition that made flying unsuitable, so we had to reluctantly cancel the trip. The car service was only a week away, and we were prepared for a non-refundable fee, hoping to avoid causing any inconvenience for Xingjiao. After confirming the flight cancellation, we quickly contacted customer service, who immediately replied that we shouldn't worry, as we had been notified a week in advance and the deposit would be refunded (it was a holiday, so they initially said they would process it on Monday, but we received the refund details the next day). They also told us to take care of our eyes and that we were welcome to visit again anytime. Waaah… Thank you! We will definitely go again, and we'll be troubling you again then!
