We brought a group of 13 people from Taiwan to Okinawa, and we specifically asked a travel agency to help arrange transportation. For the initial and final airport transfers, we used two 9-seater buses, and for the three days in between, we used 13-seater minibuses! The seating was just right, not crowded at all! The customer service staff were very friendly, and the drivers were all punctual and dedicated! Thank you!

I highly recommend hiring a local car rental company for this 19-person Okinawa trip!!! I booked through their official LINE account two months in advance. Communication with their Chinese-speaking customer service was seamless, and we only needed to confirm the itinerary before departure. They responded promptly to any questions. We booked a 21-seater minibus with a Japanese driver (a Chinese-speaking driver is also available for an extra fee). It could fit about 15 28-inch suitcases. Upon arrival in Okinawa, the driver was there to pick us up with a sign. Each day, he arrived at our hotel at the pre-arranged time and we started our itinerary. On the second day, they even secretly arranged for a Chinese-speaking driver and a separate car to take our luggage directly to the next hotel (so thoughtful!). The driver also acted as our guide, enthusiastically introducing the sights – we loved it! 🤩 The day's rental included a free restaurant reservation, and they even managed to book the incredibly hard-to-get 'Ryukyu Beef'! Overall, the chartered car experience was fantastic! 👍🏻 The drivers were all very nice and drove very smoothly. They even had translators, so communication wasn't a problem. If anything went wrong, you could always message customer service!

One morning, we needed to add another car, and our specialist, Ms. Chen Rong (陈蓉), went to great lengths to find us a vehicle. Her service was quick and helpful, and she even helped us book restaurants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable trip. The drivers were also very polite. Although we didn't speak the same language, we could communicate using a translation app, and they were accommodating when it was appropriate to adjust the itinerary.
