Excellent service, and they were very responsive. Our family of six took a cruise to Ishigaki Island for 6 hours. We originally wanted to book a 9-seater car, but since there were no cars available that day, we booked two 4-seater cars instead. The drivers were brothers, and they were very polite. Once we told them what we wanted to see, there were no problems. It rained on Ishigaki Island that day, and the drivers suggested that the beach might not be as fun. They asked if we had any other options and offered suggestions. Later, we went to the folk village they recommended. Sitting on the tatami mats in an old-style house and enjoying the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing! They even asked about our shopping plans beforehand, so we didn't miss out on any purchases! They also introduced the scenery of Ishigaki Island along the way, which was fantastic. After adding them on Line, the customer service staff responded very quickly and answered all our questions. I want to share my experience of this chartered car trip! Because we were traveling with a small child, we opted for a six-hour chartered car tour. We departed from Club Med and headed to the city center for sightseeing and shopping. We were five minutes late, but the driver was very kind and waited for us at the entrance. When we started to drive off, we realized we had forgotten our passports, so he kindly turned back and let us get out of the car and retrieve them from our room. His itinerary also saved us time. We went to the more distant Don Quijote first, then returned to the Ishigaki Public Market. Renting a 9-seater van meant we didn't need to fold up the stroller; we could just load it directly into the van. There was also plenty of space for shopping and storage. I highly recommend it! Chartering a car for a family trip saves time and energy.
