My father had leg surgery. Although he was discharged from the hospital a while ago, he still needs a wheelchair for travel. Because it had been so long since we'd traveled, we tried this service for the first time. The wheelchair was electric and allowed direct access to the vehicle. The driver was very friendly and carefully supported my father, making sure he didn't put too much strain on him. We strongly recommend walking around Okinawa for accessible tourism!
