We were extremely satisfied with the upgraded luxury car hire. The driver provided excellent service, taking us to the attraction entrance and assisting with ticket purchase and translation. One day, while hiring the car and changing hotels, we encountered a typhoon. The customer service staff thoughtfully reassured me, assuring me that even if we couldn't continue our tour, they would still provide a car to take us to our new accommodation. The customer service staff also responded to LINE messages promptly. I highly recommend them if you need a car hire in Okinawa!

Our driver, Ms. Zheng, was very kind and friendly. Because of heavy rain in Okinawa that day, we couldn't go to our original itinerary, so we followed Ms. Zheng's professional advice and went shopping and dining at other malls, which was also very enjoyable. I think it's definitely better to hire a Chinese-speaking driver for easier communication. I would definitely use Xingjiao Charter again next time I have the opportunity.

We chartered a car for 5 days from May 9th to May 13th for 6 adults and 2 children. The drivers, Brother Dong and Brother Xu, were very friendly and provided excellent service; their driving skills were good and very steady. We will definitely use Xingjiao Okinawa Charter again next time we visit Okinawa.
