They responded promptly and assisted with any issues, so you don't have to worry about not being able to contact the rental company.
There was a small hiccup during this rental: the car key battery died, and the car wouldn't start. Customer service handled it immediately, asking us to pay for the battery upfront, which was refunded upon return—very efficient. The car was clean and odorless, and they even provided a private car pick-up and drop-off service. As long as you plan your time well, you definitely won't miss your flight.
The rental fee was relatively inexpensive, and the overall experience was excellent. I'll definitely use this rental company again next time I'm in Okinawa!

I just returned the car to Okinawa Travel Car Rental Center today. Their service was excellent; they spoke fluent Chinese, the car was in very good condition, and the processing was very quick. On the way back, since our flight is tomorrow morning and we were staying at a hotel near the airport, they kindly took us to the hotel. I highly recommend this car rental company.

The most convenient thing was their private airport pick-up and drop-off service. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped with my luggage – very proactive!
This time I rented a Toyota Aqua for about 9 days and 8 nights, costing approximately NT$14,000-15,000. Gas costs for a hybrid were about NT$1,000. The trunk was about two 28-inch cars, very cramped. I hope next time I can rent a car with a larger trunk!
