A fantastic experience! Our trip to Okinawa was delayed due to a typhoon, so we had to extend our stay by a few days. The businesses were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent service. The airport shuttle service was also a huge plus – 100/100!

Although I speak a little Japanese, communication wasn't a problem. The best part was the Chinese service; even if you don't speak Japanese at all, there's no need to worry. They responded promptly and assisted with any issues, so you don't have to worry about not being able to contact the rental company. There was a small hiccup during this rental: the car key battery died, and the car wouldn't start. Customer service handled it immediately, asking us to pay for the battery upfront, which was refunded upon return—very efficient. The car was clean and odorless, and they even provided a private car pick-up and drop-off service. As long as you plan your time well, you definitely won't miss your flight. The rental fee was relatively inexpensive, and the overall experience was excellent. I'll definitely use this rental company again next time I'm in Okinawa!

I didn't get to take pictures of the car. Although the car I rented wasn't very new, it was clean, and the service was excellent. They weren't too strict when I returned it; they just checked the exterior and interior for dirt. They also offer airport and Siao Lok Station pick-up and drop-off, and the rental location is right at Siao Lok Station. You can check it out if you need a car.
