The service was excellent; we could speak Chinese. Any problems could be resolved immediately by contacting us via Line. When we rented the car, the battery died, and we immediately called roadside assistance. Customer service responded very quickly.

Great service. The car was new and cute. The air conditioning was great. It had child-friendly power sliding doors. The small K-car had a lot of space. Free airport shuttle service. The staff helped with luggage. A fantastic car rental experience.

The pre-trip communication was excellent, and the staff were very friendly when I picked up the car. A shuttle service is available near the airport. The car I rented was a very new, fuel-efficient light vehicle, and I was pleasantly surprised that it even had CarPlay, making navigation during the trip incredibly convenient. This was my first time driving in Okinawa, and it was a fantastic experience!

The car was clean and tidy both inside and out. The price of renting it for a week was just over 40,000 yen, which was not expensive and very affordable. The staff spoke Chinese. I recommend First Okinawa Car Rental.

Although this shop has many foreign staff and customers, I, a Japanese person, was able to use it without any problems. The pick-up and drop-off service is free (about 5 minutes from the airport), and the car I used was just as good as those from other rental car companies. Above all, I was impressed by how they made an effort to speak difficult Japanese and provided polite service. The price was reasonable and they were very kind. I would like to use them again next time.
