This was my first time renting a car in Okinawa, and the LINE service was fantastic! They offered airport pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient. I originally planned to go to the rental company myself, but I changed my plans on LINE to have someone from the airport pick me up and take me there, and it worked perfectly. I thought filling up the tank before returning the car would be a challenge, but the nearest gas station was excellent, so I didn't have to worry about that at all. This is my top recommendation for car rental in Okinawa. The prices are affordable, the service is excellent, and they speak fluent Chinese. If you're traveling in the central or northern part of the country, I suggest buying an all-you-can-use ETC card; they don't do strict checks on the car's exterior. Gas stations are nearby, and returning the car is super convenient. They even have a free shuttle bus. When my child forgot something, they sent a car to take it to the airport – I was really touched.

I was a little nervous renting a car in Okinawa for the first time and didn't know much about it, but the whole process was handled by Chinese-speaking staff, which made me feel much more at ease if I had any questions. The company's cars were in great condition and spacious. They responded quickly on Line before I left. Before I went to rent the car, they arranged a pick-up and drop-off at a designated location, and they even took me to the airport when I returned the car, which was a huge plus. There really is a reason why this place has such good Google ratings! It's close to the airport, so the travel route is super convenient. It would be especially difficult for those with babies to stay far from the airport. The traffic in Okinawa is much worse than you might expect, and the distances are quite substantial. *Important* There is a Korean staff member on site, so it is easy to communicate. And the price is reasonable! The car is in excellent condition! The car seat is clean!
