I was a little nervous because it was my first time renting a car and I saw it recommended online. However, the Line customer service responded immediately, and the pick-up and drop-off service after landing and the car rental service were both excellent and smooth. The rental package and the car were in great condition. I will definitely rent again next time!

The staff were friendly and explained how to use the car in Chinese. When you're in a foreign country, you really need someone to explain things carefully, even if you're going in a different direction but the car performs the same thing 😆. Highly recommend this place! The gas station is right next door, so convenient…

I rented a car twice during my second self-drive trip to Okinawa. They offered airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff also spoke Mandarin (they were young Taiwanese people), which was really great! Highly recommended! 👍
