The location is super close to the airport, so you don't have to waste time on shuttle buses.
Customer service is quick and responsive, answering all your questions.
Even though there were many customers, the staff were still very patient in explaining and guiding me on how to operate the vehicle. I was so nervous, and they even comforted me! 🥺🫶🏻
The pick-up and drop-off staff were all friendly and polite, and they even helped with my luggage ( ᵒ̴̶̷᷄ д ᵒ̴̶̷᷅ ). The car was also very new and clean.
I will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!

The process was very quick and smooth. They responded quickly to any questions on Line. I asked questions on Line before booking, and they responded quickly as well. For us, renting a car for the first time, they were really beginner-friendly, especially in an unfamiliar area. It definitely gave me a sense of security. I'll definitely use Xingjiao Car Rental again next time. Oh, and they also offer airport pick-up and drop-off! Very convenient.
