I chartered a car in October 2025. The driver was very helpful, the car was clean, and the ride was very safe.
I rented a car in June 2026. They had a Chinese-speaking guide, provided airport pick-up and drop-off, and the car was in good condition and clean.
I will definitely choose this company again next time I come to Okinawa!

Highly recommend Taiwan-operated car rental! The entire process from booking to picking up the car was smooth. The staff were very helpful and patient, explaining everything in detail if I had any questions. The car was very clean and easy to drive, making my Okinawa road trip very relaxing and worry-free. It's really convenient for Taiwanese people, and I'd definitely rent again next time I'm in Okinawa!

I rented an Alphard for four days starting May 23, 2026. I was incredibly lucky; the rental company provided a brand new car they had just brought back! The space was large enough to fit a large stroller and two large suitcases; the interior was comfortable, making driving effortless and fatigue-free; the driver assistance and safety features were comprehensive, making driving easy and safe! The rental price also included a discount, making it an amazing deal! The rental company's pick-up and drop-off service and explanations were also very thoughtful and thorough, answering all my questions and making my trip smoother! Next time I travel to Okinawa, renting a car will be my only choice! Highly recommended!

The space was huge, easily fitting a large baby stroller and two big suitcases. The interior was comfortable, and driving it never felt tiring. The driving assistance and safety features were extremely comprehensive, making the drive easy and reassuring! The rental price was also discounted, making it a great deal. This was my second trip to Okinawa. I needed to rent a larger car, and I saw that this company had very good reviews on the platform, so I chose Okinawa Travel. I contacted them for the first three days. The platform uses Line for communication. The staff all speak Chinese and are very friendly. When I first arrived, I was delayed in the restroom, but they didn't rush me. The procedures were handled very quickly and did not affect my itinerary. The car was very clean and comfortable. The whole trip went very smoothly. I am grateful to the staff. I will choose Okinawa Travel again if I need to in the future.

The Chinese-speaking service was excellent, communication was seamless, and explanations were very clear. We rented two Alphards for 14 people. One of the cars had its side door scrape against the sidewalk steps when opened on the sidewalk, leaving a scratch. We immediately reported this to customer service, and thankfully, our insurance was comprehensive and handled properly. The return process was also quick and efficient. Highly recommended.
PS. The Alphard's trunk is incredibly spacious. I've attached a photo of all our luggage loaded onto the return trip. The third-row seats weren't folded down, just pushed forward, seating seven people in each car for your reference.
Also, the Alphard is lower than other cars in its class, so be careful when parking and opening doors to avoid scraping or bumping into anything.
