This was my first time renting a car in Okinawa. The free shuttle from Koroku Station made the whole process smooth and quick. It was also super convenient to communicate in Chinese. Highly recommended!

Smooth rental experience. You let them know when you're coming via Whatsapp. The airport shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived. They have you watch a video (in English for us non-Japanese speakers) so you understand the rules. It was informative for the toll system. They recommend you fill up at a nearby station. Since that station is full service, it costs about 15% more. I just filled up somewhere else self-service and then topped off at the recommended station. They will look at your gas receipts. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely rent from here again over the big corporate brands.

We chose to rent a car for our hiking trip this time. One day in Nago, the car ran over a large rock, causing a flat tire and rendering it completely undrivable. The rental company responded quickly, and thankfully, they all spoke Chinese, which made us feel very safe. Although the rental location was quite far, they still quickly came to replace our car with the same model. Their service was truly excellent, and I will definitely choose this company again next time.
