I've used their services for my Okinawa road trips for the past two years. Everyone is very kind and willing to help with anything. The service was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly! You can even pick up your car after opening hours. It's very conveniently located close to the airport with a free shuttle bus! They speak Chinese, and the car was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time driving in Okinawa. After deciding to rent a car at the end of last year, I started looking for rental companies. I read online discussions and checked several websites, and ended up inexplicably booking with Xingjiao (行脚) 😂. My trip ended today, June 7th, 2026, so I thought I'd share my experience! Initially, I did want to find one or two well-known rental companies, but the websites I searched were frustrating, and I couldn't contact anyone directly. I remember they even had a Taipei phone number, which seemed like a huge hassle to reach. But Xingjiao's Line service was surprisingly quick; they replied to me and provided relevant rental information, so I paid the deposit! They also responded to all my subsequent inquiries. On the day of pickup, I waited at the agreed-upon light rail station exit to be taken to the company. A blonde woman gave me a very detailed introduction and even provided a guidebook (to skim through or refer to if needed) to keep in the car. It's best to go with at least two people to pick up the car, not only to help check the vehicle but also to avoid missing any information. When it was time to return the car in three days, I went to the wrong location on the map provided by the rental company. The return location was different from the pick-up location, but they weren't far apart. Luckily, when I went to refuel, I noticed that the shuttle van also went to the gas station, so I followed it. After turning the corner, I arrived at the return location. As soon as I got close, someone directed me, and after I parked, they immediately checked the car's condition. Once they confirmed it was undamaged, they quickly started washing it. They also helped me load my luggage and drove us to the airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant car rental experience. Highly recommended!
