This time, I took a cruise to Ishigaki Island (one day on shore). The driver I found online was incredibly professional; he was indeed a local driver and guide with 40 years of experience. He was humorous and witty, and even with the language barrier, he was very adept at using translation. He made the best arrangements and suggestions for our desired itinerary, explaining which times were best for which activities. He even took the time to book a delicious yakiniku restaurant for us and recommended some unique ice cream. The five-hour trip was arranged very efficiently and with great friendliness. The service was excellent. Our customer service representative, Tina, was very professional, responding quickly to inquiries and helping to resolve issues. She also kept in touch with us throughout the trip to check for any problems. The drivers in Naha and Ishigaki Island were also outstanding. On the fourth day of our trip, we took a cruise to Ishigaki Island (6-hour chartered car). Our driver today was fantastic! I forgot to ask his name, but he was truly wonderful. He pointed out the scenery along the way and then took us to eat authentic Japanese food. It was really delicious. Even my picky mother said she had never had such good Japanese food. He accompanied us throughout the trip, and since my mother was in a wheelchair, he would wait for us at events. He was very considerate and always ready to help. Although his Chinese wasn't as fluent as the driver we had on Miyako Island, we communicated quite well using a translator. I can only say that the quality of the Okinawa Travel company and the driver's professionalism are truly excellent. I would definitely recommend [Okinawa Travel] to anyone who needs assistance.

Last year, I had a fantastic four-day trip to Okinawa with a private car service booked through Xingjiao Okinawa. So this time, for my cruise tour, I chose Xingjiao Okinawa again. Our first stop was Miyako Island (6-hour private car service). Driver: Anzai, Xingren. The driver was waiting for us at the pier. He enthusiastically introduced the scenery and landmarks along the way, and thoughtfully reminded us how long each walk would take and how long it would be – very considerate. Within our time limit, he was willing to add one or two extra activities for us to explore. Even for places not originally on the itinerary, he generously and enthusiastically took us there, as long as time allowed. He was truly a wonderful driver. If I have the chance to visit Okinawa again, I will definitely choose Xingjiao Okinawa again. If I go to Miyako Island again, I will definitely request this driver again. 👍👍👍🫰🫰🫰
